THE BLOG is a web page run by Google. You have a Google account because you are a member of Google.
If you want to write something on THE BLOG you have to "log in" because Google doesn't automatically know who you are.
This is how you "log in" to THE BLOG.
Do you see an icon that looks like this in the top left corner of the screen?
Click on it.
Do you see where it says "Sign in to use Blogger"?
It asks for your username and your password. Your username is your email.
(mom in your case it is your @aol.com email)
Once you log in you will see a page called "Dashboard"
It will also say "The Talmage Internet Hookup" - that is THE BLOG.
Under that there will be a little green + sign and the words "New Post" - if you click on that, you can write on THE BLOG.

It is NOT part of THE BLOG. It is run by Flickr. Flickr is NOT a part of Google.
If you want to comment on my Flickr pictures you have to "log in" to Flickr.
Do you see an icon that looks like this at the top of the Flickr web page?
Click on it.
Now, on that page there is a VERY SMALL button that says "sign in" - it's in the top right corner. Click on it.
It will ask for your YahooID - which is your email @yahoo.com
Click "Sign In" and you're done!
