Just Fine
Hey guys - We are down in New Zealand.
Hale and Whole, thoe a little woozy and quite exhausted.
Im not going to upload any pictures just yet - our "internet connection" is charged so any uploading costs us .10$ perMB. Which is a bit skeevee. Graham tells us being charged per MB is normal round here. He also says books are 3x the cost of what they are in the states. Guess we cant move here....

The Townhouse
Front - The middle townhouse - not much to look at from the front. Its wider than a standard townhouse out here so thats nice. No garage - just a drive way.

Kitchen - Granite tile counter tops... not my style, especially in white. No pantry :( Pretty modern appliances. Great lighting. Looks out into the forest. The right edge of the photo is where the sliding glass door to the patio is.
Dining Room - which is just left of the kitchen. Has a mirrored wall so it makes the place look bigger.
Upper level patio - off the kitchen - Gorgeous, no? Looks out into national forest.
Bottom level patio - this is the ground level patio - the support in the picture supports the corner of the upper patio.

Puki Puki

These are PukiPuki dolls made by Fairyland. They're in the 1:12 scale which means they fit perfectly in a standard doll house (which is where these two lovelys are taking a nap). This is a photo by Linda Gavin (I dont know her, Ive just have seen her pictures on Flickr). CLICK HERE to see the photo manual for Pukis (this is what mine will look like when it arrives).

History Made
Here yah go - the passenger manifest listing one, Johann Spannring:

Pretty cool, hun?
Also, with regards to the Lanagans - I found a William Lanangan in Kalispell MT in 1910. William (age 42) lists his wife as Florence and his children as: Josie (age 17), George, Ralph, Henry, Ellen, Clara and Albert (age 4).
Sound like the right Lanagan family?
I also found an Anna Spannring working as a servant in Wisconsin in 1930. She emigrated from Germany in 1926. She was 24.
